What happens to Bluzelle when a light goes out?
Have you ever seen a newer car with LED lights clustered to form the headlights, tail lights, 3rd brake light and perhaps the lane-signalling lights also? Besides the immediate benefit of using approximately 10% of the electricity of a typical incandescent lights, it becomes obvious that LED’s are a good thing when one of the cluster burns out. For instance, If this were a single incandescent tail light, the other lights would have to carry the burden, however if it were a clustered tail light, you’d just see one tiny dark spot amongst the cluster of brightly lit LEDs.

As Neeraj Murarka points out in the clip, the node is part of a swarm where each member holds the same encrypted shard of data, so if one node goes down, the others continue to burn brightly. Furthermore Bluzelle also employs control over the size and number of swarms to handle load, so losing the data is never a problem.
But what about if we lose the whole swarm? It makes sense that this the next logical level of failure to question, however if Bluzelle is employing in the smallest case, hundreds of server per swarm, and the swarms exists across a global spread, then a dropout of a whole swarm would mean a large geographic area experiencing some sort of significant-class level event — perhaps earthquake, meteor impact, instant ice-age or something of the sort. It seems like an outlier case to consider.
